Comcast joins with community partners to celebrate store openings

Community leaders and nonprofit organizations recently joined Comcast to celebrate the technology leader’s ongoing commitment to customers, including two new Xfinity stores in Morton Ranch and Aliana.

Xfinity's interactive stores let customers touch and try the products

The stores will feature an interactive design and provide a destination for visitors to experience the complete line of Xfinity products and services—powered by the nation’s largest and most reliable network.

The Katy Chamber of Commerce helped host the event to cut the ribbon on the Morton Ranch store located at 2710 West Grand Parkway North, Suite 130, Katy TX 77449.

Comcast joined local leaders to kick off the store opening

Harris County Precinct Four Commissioner Lesley Briones joined the celebration. In addition to opening the retail location, Comcast invested a total of $20,000 to two trusted nonprofit partners. A $10,000 investment was presented to Dress for Success Houston and will go to support job search and women veteran’s programs. Another $10,000 was also presented to support SIRE Therapeutic Horsemanship.

“I was thrilled to learn the new store would be here in Precinct Four, which is not only one of the fastest growing areas in the state of Texas, but in the country,” Commissioner Briones said. “I want to thank you for your tremendous investment in the community.”

The next day the celebration moved to Aliana in Fort Bend County, where a second new store opened at 10223 Grand Parkway, Suite 103, Richmond Tx 77407. The Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce helped celebrate that new location.

The other new stores will open later throughout 2024. New store addresses will be announced on ComcastTexas.com and on social media.
