Comcast Business Makes The Cut ✂️ at Porter Barber University

Texas Barber University in Porter is enjoying all the high-speed perks that come along with being a Comcast Business customer. Fast-internet connections, reliability, cybersecurity safety and quality customer service are among the other benefits of having Comcast Business services.

“Comcast has done us well. Everything seems to run smooth and the students I think like it and enjoy it as well,” Acosta said.

“Thanks to Comcast’s internet we’re able to utilize all the things that are necessary to get our work done around here, through our online booking, our online textbooks and online quizzes,” student Bun Long said. “They’ve really helped a lot.”

Acosta said he dreamt of owning the trade school since he was a teenager. He decided to open Texas Barber University in 2023 and currently has 13 students enrolled. He said seeing their growth over the last year has been a blessing.

“Some of my proudest achievements have been being a teacher. So to see their journey go from nothing to something is a blessing. My goal is for them to be better than me and achieve anything that they want,” Acosta said.
