Cleveland Seniors Hit Jackpot with Xfinity’s Bingo Bash
Local Xfinity technicians recently joined a fun group of seniors at the Cleveland Senior Citizen Center for a beloved pastime. BINGO! The two technicians, who help to install the Xfinity network and connect people to high-speed internet and streaming, helped to call a few of the bingo games. Ronald Kapish and Julio Grijalva also brought dozens of purple Xfinity bags filled with gifts that the seniors could win as prizes.

The duo also brought bingo-themed cookies and a cake for the men and women to enjoy alongside the lunch that the center provides them.
“Our seniors deserve this, they earn this and to see a smile on their face is extremely, extremely important,” said Willie Carter, Vice President of the Cleveland Senior Citizens Organization.
Comcast, the largest internet service provider in the Houston area, announced plans in early 2024 to bring its Xfinity network to Cleveland. Construction is currently underway in parts of the city.
“Xfinity coming to Cleveland provides another option to our customers that are suffering from unreliable internet,” Grijalva said.
