UPDATE 9:30 p.m. — Comcast technicians have made significant progress to repair a fiber line that was cut by a non-Comcast third-party contractor in the Bear Creek area earlier today. Our technicians will continue to work through the evening hours until services are restored to our customers. No further updates will be shared on this webpage. All updates will be shared with customers via the Xfinity App.

UPDATE 6:30 p.m. — Comcast is aware of an ongoing interruption of Xfinity services for some customers in the Bear Creek area. We’re sorry you may be offline. A non-Comcast third-party construction crew cut into our fiber line, disrupting our network. Our team of dedicated technicians are on-site, working right now to make the necessary repairs.
